Deliveries

In order to ensure that your trees arrive in the best condition for a successful start we package and label them carefully to minimise potential damage and keep their roots moist during transit. Your trees will be sent with a courier and should be delivered within 48 hours of leaving us. We also welcome collection by pre-arrangement - please see below.

Fruit trees make bulky, long packages at least 1.5m long, and we can usually fit 4 trees in each box. It costs the same to send 1 tree as 4, so the cost will be doubled for 5 - 8 trees. For orders of 9 trees and over please get in touch for a quote on postage & packaging. If we are able to save costs on postage, in example by sending less boxes then we will refund you the saving.

Delivery rates, including delivery rates calculated into the price of the gift vouchers apply to mainland England & Wales, for delivery rates to the Highlands, Islands, IOM, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland please get in touch before checkout to ensure as we will need to charge an extra supplement the further trees are sent, and may not be able to get trees to you in less than 2-3 days.

We cannot deliver any further afield than this.

Although we make every effort to ensure that trees are safely packaged we are very sorry that we cannot always accept liability for damage done in transit. If you do have any concerns about your tree otherwise or if there are any problems shortages please get in touch within 7 days of reciept so that we can rectify.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. For more information please see http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. or see our terms & conditions

Collection

We welcome collection in person of fruit trees but ask that you get in touch several days before to ensure that we can make sure the trees are ready for collection. We are a working farm rather than a garden nursery open to the public generally, so please always contact us first before trying to collect your trees.

Many thanks
